Taking 2 new projects for Q4 2026

We build digital products people actually use.

ONEPAGE is a digital product studio in Medan, Indonesia. Strategy, design, and engineering in one small senior team — with no layer of management between you and the people doing the work.

Services

One team for the entire product journey.

From the first question to the iteration after launch. No stitching together five vendors who blame each other when something breaks.

Product design

Research, information architecture, design systems, and hi-fi prototypes you can test before a single line of code is written.

  • Design systems
  • User research
  • Prototyping

Web engineering

Next.js, Laravel, headless CMS. Fast by measurement, not fast by vibes.

Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one codebase, following native patterns on each platform.

Brand & identity

Visual identity that does not stop at a logo — type, colour, and tone of voice as a system your own team can actually use.

Growth & SEO

Core Web Vitals, structured content, and paid campaigns measured through to revenue.

Care & support

Monitoring, security patches, and monthly iteration. We do not disappear after launch.

Case study

We replaced 'any update?' with a login.

HB ARCHITEAM

A full website redesign, plus a project portal that lets every client watch their work progress without having to ask.

The problem

Every client update began the same way: a message asking how far along things were. Someone had to stop what they were doing, chase down the answer, and write it up. Between those replies clients were guessing — and the team was spending its week reporting on the work instead of doing it.

What we did

We rebuilt the company site from the ground up, then added the piece that had always been missing behind it. Every client now gets a login showing exactly where their project stands, stage by stage. Internally the HB team enters each project once and runs it from that same board, so what clients see is never a separate thing somebody has to remember to update.

The outcome

Progress answers itself. Clients look whenever they like and see the real state of their project, not a summary written three days ago. The team got its reporting hours back. And the board that keeps clients informed doubles as the one place HB can see everything in flight at once.

How we work

Four phases, zero surprises.

You always know where the project stands, what is being worked on, and what happens next week.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A workshop with your team to map business goals, audience, technical constraints, and what success will be measured by. You get one short document everyone signs off on.

    1–2 weeks
  2. 02

    Design

Wireframes, a design system, then an interactive prototype. You can click through and try it before we write code, while changes are still cheap.

    2–4 weeks
  3. 03

    Build & QA

Incremental development with a weekly demo on staging. Cross-device testing, performance budgets, and accessibility checks are part of the work, not an add-on.

    4–10 weeks
  4. 04

    Launch & iterate

A controlled release, training for your team, then continuous improvement based on real usage data rather than guesswork.

    Ongoing

Testimonials

From the people who have actually worked with us.

ONEPAGE changed how we think about digital products entirely. They turned down our first brief and replaced it with something much simpler — and that turned out to be the right answer.

BSBudi SantosoTamora Group

Our mobile app shipped on schedule, and the quality was beyond what we paid for. Communication was clear every single week.

SRSiti RahmaProduct Lead, Nusantara Retail

Organic traffic tripled in eight months. The rare part: they showed us the numbers that looked bad too, not only the good ones.

HLHendrik LimFounder, Medan Coffee Co.

The fine print

The boring things that matter.

Most of what makes an engagement go wrong is decided before it starts. Here is where we stand, in writing, before you ask.

You own everything

Source code, repositories, design files, and accounts are transferred to your organisation at handover. No licence, no lock-in.

30-day warranty

Any defect against the agreed scope is fixed at no cost for 30 days after launch. Not "goodwill" — it is in the contract.

A registered company

PT ONEPAGE Kreatif Indonesia, established 2017 in Medan. Company registration and tax details are on every invoice.

Fixed scope, fixed price

You approve a written scope and a fixed fee before work starts. Changes are quoted separately, never billed as a surprise.

NDA on request

We sign your NDA before the first call if you need it. Nothing is added to this portfolio without written permission.

Built for your time zone

Most of our clients are in Jakarta, Singapore, and Australia. Weekly written updates mean progress does not depend on catching us online.

FAQ

Questions that come up often.

Not finding your answer? Just ask us.

How long does it take?

A marketing site takes 4–6 weeks. A digital product takes 3–5 months to first release. We would rather ship something small sooner than wait a year for something perfect.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes, and often. We can take design only, engineering only, or work alongside your team as a long-term partner. Every asset and repository belongs to you.

What happens after launch?

There is a 30-day warranty for bug fixes at no cost. After that we offer monthly care plans covering monitoring, security patches, and a block of development hours.

Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?

Yes. Most of our clients are in Jakarta, Singapore, and Australia. We are used to remote work with weekly demos and clear written documentation.

Who actually does the work?

The people listed on this site, plus two engineers. We do not subcontract project work, and the person who runs your discovery workshop stays on the project through launch.
